To address the challenges being faced by the VA EES, CAMRIS has assembled a team to provide the full range of talent and expertise required to successfully deliver consistent and effective employee training courses on demand, following the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. Central to our ADDIE model is the expertise required to provide the production services that culminate in, or provide for the culmination of, electronic multimedia products ranging from low-end interactivity to highly interactive electronic instructional multimedia products
